- 2 c. milk (dairy or almond)
- 4 egg whites
- 1 t. baking powder
- 2 c. coconut flour (can use all purpose or gluten free)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Heat waffle iron to medium high.
- Mix together all ingredients to form a batter.
- pour batter into waffle iron and let cook until golden and crispy.
- TIP. Add cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice to change it up. 1 t. is good!
