Hey there, I’m Christy. I’m a Professional Chef, Certified Weight Management Specialist, Pilates Pro and I’m a mom. I wasn’t always a healthy eater. When I graduated from Culinary School I was working 4 jobs and never made time to cook. I became a fast food queen living off of Dr. Pepper and cigarettes. I was just so busy that I didn’t care. I was in survival mode. I knew I couldn’t go on feeling tired and dragging my health through the dirt. So I started doing what I knew how to do best… cook great food. I began creating healthy and simple recipes that fueled my body with good fats, carbs and proteins. I have been able to sustain this way of living without feeling overwhelmed or overworked by it and now I want to help you do the same!

Hi! I’m Rachael and I’m an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer, weight management specialist, fitness nutrition specialist, barre instructor, New England’s ONLY certified StrongBoard Balance Trainer and the owner of The Simply Fit Studio. I’m also a wife and mom of 2.

As a wife, mother and business owner I totally get how difficult it can be to balance all the demands of life and still find time to squeeze in a workout. For this reason, I’ve committed to creating workouts that help my clients see results in less time. I pride myself on teaching short effective workouts so you don’t have to spend hours [that you don’t have] at the gym. I want to teach you how to do the same and support you every step of the way!
